JobPop

Land Grant Films has partnered with East Tennessee PBS to provide educational programming designed to reach a younger audience. Called JobPop, the series introduces children to jobs they may find interesting and explains what each profession does.

The series is practical in nature, allowing kids to see how an HVAC technician uses geometry during work or how a machinist measures things.

Skilled Trades

Vocational programming is abundant in our secondary and post-secondary schools, and the initiative to support skilled trades is rapidly gaining momentum in Gallatin and surrounding communities. With large industries relocating to our area, we are working to produce a workforce fully equipped to walk off the graduation stage and into high-demand roles with certifications in hand.
